  Bought a new mattress and box spring on Halloween. Service in the store was fine, and we felt we got a fair deal ... But the delivery was NOT what we paid for. The delivery guys fabricated an excuse NOT to take the mattress up a set of stairs, nor bring the old one down. Really didn't appreciate getting home from a long day to wrestle a queen mattress up a flight of stairs; especially after paying for someone else to do it. Wrote a much more detailed rant on the store's review page, but - though they said it was approved for posting - it has not appeared. I don't feel we were dealt with fairly; but it's not worth it to take it to another level. Just disappointing.

  Was very happy with my service. And the same day delivery was great. But the reason I have 2 stars is because the day before I was there and they tried selling me the same exact mattress for $400 more I felt cheated. Even thought I did get the price I wanted in the end I was shocked to learn how big of a mark up they tried to pull over on me
